How does a booking work?
- You send us your request and we will contact the respective guide to see if he is available on the day and time you requested.
- You will then receive within max. 48 hours a response.
- After your approval and payment, you will receive the booking confirmation including the guide's contact details for possible consultations with him.

How does the payment work?
- After your approval you will receive an invoice from us which you have to pay.

What are the cancellation conditions?
- 48 hours prior to departure: free of charge
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100%
